A problem I have had in the past - I have had a run of 4 successful predictions but cannot see my free £2 bet.

Thanks for the (hopefully final) feedback.

I have gone to sports (other than horse racing) and seen the Streakr winnings appear. It was as I feared though - it has taken that long to get your final response that the first (£2) prize has expired.

As a reply to a question of where the "added to wallet" message appeared (and also to hopefully keep this query alive), I have attached a snip of the message that accompanies the £5 win.

Again, resolution before the prizes expire would be appreciated.

So, if we accept that the free bets were added to my account, I will return to my original question - how do I use them?

I had a couple of bets (on horses) this morning, but wasn't offered the option to use a free bet. I'd be grateful if we could clear this up before the free bets expire.

Hi - I've found a better illustration of how many predictions I've had, which maybe points at an issue with your checking process. The "Stats" feature which shows I have had 7 successful predictions thus far. I have attached a snip.

I am perplexed by your reply! I had a run that failed with the prediction after the £2 prize, then as in the spirit of the game, I started again and am currently on the day 5 guess in my second streak. I have attached a "snip" showing 'day 4' being ticked. How could I be on day 4 if as you claim I have only made one prediction??

Hi - I've won two £2 prizes in the Streakr promotion. The accompanying message says the £2 will be "added to my wallet". How do I see / use the £2 bets?
