I'm having the verification loop issue, where I'm being asked to upload documents whenever I try to deposit, but when I actually go to upload the documents, I'm told there is nothing left to upload.

Could someone please remove the block on my account?

My account is stuck in the verification loop where it asks me to upload documents and then when I go to the upload documents it says there are no documents needed.

Hi, once more my account has been stuck in this bizarre verification loop where I am both asked to verify my documents while also being told there is nothing needed to be uploaded. I understand that this happens when I access my account from overseas. I travel year round so please can you remove this check so it doesn't keep happening?

And also remove the latest lock.

For the second time in recent months I'm stuck in a 'verify account' loop where I get told I need to upload documents to verify my account (despite me regularly using this site for years now) and when I go to the 'verify account' page I get told there are no documents that need to be uploaded.

Can you please fix this? And stop it from happening again? I'm close to closing my account and going elsewhere since going through this rigmarole just isn't worth it.

I've been using Unibet for years and never had any issues depositing and withdrawing money. But now, when I try to make a deposit, I am told I need to verify my account by going to the 'Verify Account' page. But when I go to that page, it tells me that I have already verified my account: "You are all set! There are no pending documents or withdrawals on hold. Enjoy our site." But I still can't deposit/withdraw cash!

How can I fix this?
