I have now tried to get my account verified for over 2 months. First off you decide go spend 3 weeks verifying my first documents. Now i have waited 9 more days and you never ever reply to me. Im pretty upset, i've waited for so long. Please get your stuff together. It is only when trying to withdraw you stall and Want all Kinds of documents, but I can put money in no problem?? 

So you would need to take action on my account. Is it really possible i have to go seek out the support forums and ask for an answer? That can't be right... I've been told nothing since i uploaded my documents. Also im unable to provide the stuff as Im not allowed to put more documents as its being controlled by you guys. Where and how would i prove my adresse seems extremely inconvineint 

Hello, i made a cash out to my bank. And if said i needed to be verified, so i sent all the required documents a long time ago and nothing has happenee. Can you please verify the documents i seng and pay out my money
