  1. Dear Unibet Team,
    My account has been frozen about a month ago and I got an email that this is a routine investigation. 
    I still didn't get any further info and my account is still frozen. During this time I missed both of the freerolls for the malta event for which I got a ticket through your promotional system on 06. and 14.6 which is the reason why I play on Unibet in the first place.
    When trying to contact customer service via email or chat it didn't work.
