If you have to make them faster aim for the bare minimum changes, so do the 1500 chips change. I don't want antes from start!

The 5 man SnGs are perfect the way they are I don't understand how you are chosing to make adjustments. Just because something is less popular than something else doesn't mean there isn't anything wrong with it. 

I can still find 5 man SnGs any time of day I want. I play them from time to time but won't plan to if that new structure is introduced, might still play if starting chips is reduced to 1500 but seriously I don't understand the problem.

Break idea is OK.

Would be cool to have Birthday Poker Freeroll for players born in January for example get in January freeroll etc

Real cash for ITM but also random "birthday presents" to random tables

I had same early this morning when updating the client but just uninstalled, downloaded client again from the site, and worked out. Settings are also saved on account.

 I see that level 2 is now 2000 XP rather than 500 XP. Does that mean that in order to get to level 2 I have to pay 20€ rake rather than 5€?

Disagree, regular knockout all the way. PKOs are thrash except for the Banzai ones which are the best tournaments Unibet offers

So far not liking the new schedule

Not enough 9max tourneys, especially R/A and and non-bounty

Not enough non-bountys

Not enough non-majors

All satellites give major tickets and not generic MTT tickets

Early morning tourneys have mininum set of players 6 instead of 2 or 3, most of them don't start

I simply cannot find anything to play 90% times I open the client

Everyone working with poker is indeed based in Malta or Northern Europe, and we're a relatively small team, so we don't have around-the-clock coverage in case of rare downtime in the middle of the night. I'm really sorry for the issue, which seems to be a DDOS attack. My original point still stands, I think there should be bells that wake your staff up from the comfort of their own homes and bring them to work even if it's middle of the night

Other alternatives are:

1. You give your regular Unibet support staff in the livechat little bit more power to say what's going on and will the tournaments be cancelled or continued

2. You add "timer" to that tournament cancellation policy which gives specific number if server is out 59 minutes for example the tournaments will be continued but if they are out 61 minutes the tournament won't be continued. This will clear things up.

Horrible how little Unibet staff is present solving these problems. They need those firefighter type of bells where they can come to work when something like this happens.

Already tried support staff, they couldn't give me confirmation whether tournaments would resume suddenly or continue to be paused forever.

I don't like it when all in equity is shown and will play less or possibly none at all because of it.

If you could please send it anyways to developer - I really want that same level of smoothness Russian guy had and I had before few weeks ago. If he finds a fix email me on my Unibet account email address.

I'll probably check after summer whether it's playable again for me.

Hope we can find a fix for this. My theories are that it's Windows 10 20H2 issue. Previously I had the 1909 version. Or that my Windows settings are just wrong. Or possible I am missing plugin or my GPU is dying / malfunctioning but I can play modern games like Quantum League with 1920x1080 @144hz all medium graphics 144fps stable so there is that.

I'll try again when Patch 3.8 rolls here meanwhile yeah if you could report this to the developers.

I'll edit this message if patch 3.8 fixed it somehow.

In the second one there's indeed some lag with the HexaPro animation, and your GPU load is pretty crazy. Even though your graphics card is 4 years old, I wouldn't expect this load (running on an integrated GPU should be better than this). Exactly! It's definitely personal issue for me - The russian guy doesn't have any issues. But thank god you can see the lag in my gameplay video, I felt like I was only one to see it. 

The thing about my lag is that I have updated my GPU drivers multiple times since this problem has been for a while now, maybe I need to try older drivers or something? However I feel like the lag exists only in Unibet. I can play video games no problem really. But I don't game much so maybe there is something broken in my GPU that I just don't notice? Any tips? Maybe benchmark test or something? Maybe like DirectX downloads or something... since I re-installed Windows recently and probably missing tons of that stuff?

Can't pinpoint exact date when it started on me but under 2 months at least. Didn't have any problems in March 2021 at least. However I just found this video on Youtube and now  I do think it's possible that maybe it's something still on my side? Youtube video where person plays with animations on 08.05.2021.

I don't see that he at least has that lag on video that says 08.05.2021. It's smooth like I had 2 months ago.

Here is my video to comparision. Compare for example HexaPro the prize pool selector screen. How huge lag difference.

Since this patch or previous patch or within 1,5 months at least there has emerged extreme lag on UnibetPoker client if you play with animations enabled. The animations are basically almost like working on 60hz when you have 144hz monitor. The most notable animation changes are the card dealing and chips moving to winner animations. Also the client overall just lags and switches tabs poorly.

I can also see it in RiskitForBiscuit's UnibetPoker twitch channel broadcasts if you compare her stream 15 days ago compared to one over 2 months ago. (She is the only UnibetPoker twitch channel broadcaster that plays with animations enabled)

I already tried to reach for support for this issue but they said they couldn't find fixable problems. The problem is in the client and not customer sided, that's why it's fixable only by the client creator himself.

Wish we could disable the hand rankings opening up everytime you accidentally click the right side of your cards. I am literally clicking it every 30 seconds or so... maybe muscle memory will fix that, I HOPE at least.

But I think overall it's bad feature when there is button for it in the left corner

I love Unibet more than I love my own family but I am glad this year's series failed in it's first day and I hope it fails overall.

I can somehow understand the Nano series money distributed to everyone instead through rational leaderboards. I can get behind  that idea. Wish we had both.

But the things I can't understand is the love for bubble bursters - that to replace Champions in the showdown tournament? Damn. 

But the thing that fully kills it to me is the copypasta structrures. Why has every UOS event copypasted the PStars default structure? Even in PLO literal same structure (Who plays tournament PLO with Ante?!?). I just don't like the idea of playing the same tournament 132 times (minus 3-8 times) in a row.
