  1. Hello Ray, I had to as per your request and your teams ask for my energy provider to send me a printed copy of my utility statement. I have now uploaded it. Surely you guys cannot reject this now.

    It has name / address / date and it is an energy utility bill statement. It came in the post.

    Can you please look into this for me, this is now my 6th try at uploading a document that is on your list of "required documents"

  2. Hey Ray, but I submitted my bank statement and gas utility bill where it says clearly the date on it - I agree at the most recent one I uploaded I realized now that does not have the date, but all prior to this have had the date on it.

  3. Hello can someone help me with verification of my account, it's turning into a nightmare.

    So far I have uploaded:

    2x - Bank Statement / PDF Download from my Online Banking (Rejected)
    1x - Utility Bill (Digital version from my account with my Gas Supplier) - Rejected
    1x - Utility Bill - Printed from my office printer then scanned as requested from Unibet Support - from my Gas Supplier - Rejected

    All of them say my name and address on it. All of them are from the last month or 2 months at latest.

    Can you please check what is going on as this is ridiculous now. Also considering the fact there was no problem you guys taking my money, now I want to withdraw there is this back and forward with no reason why anything is rejected.

    PLEASE state clearly what you want from me.

    I will take this on social media as it’s a complete disgrace how you treat your customers, knowing fully well I paid with no checks - now on withdrawal there is an issue.
