I have placed 2 accumulators on golf in the past 2 days, both big priced trebles across tournaments, using the PGA Tour, European Tour and LPGA Tour events. On both occasions the stake was only £1 each way. The message I got back on both occasions was that the bet was being "referred for approval" and that I should check back later to see if the bets had been approved.
I have checked back later. Neither bet exists in my Open Bets and yet my balance is ZERO. They have taken the £4 (2 x £2) stakes but not accepted the bets. I have double checked in All Bets and Settled Bets and there is no record of either golf bet. They have declined the bets yet taken my money. This is pure THEFT.
Has this happened to anyone else ? Why is there no Chat or Customer Service available. Who are these cowboys ?
