    Expired free bet ticket before match start

    Hi,

    I have an issue with the free bet I aquired earlier this week. There was a promotion with Wales-Hungary, I did everything and I even got the free 3500 HUF ticket. It is a ticket for live bet on Wales Hungary, and it says it is expired on 19th19:29 or something, but the match started on 20:45 and this is a live bet ticket, so something is not OK. Can you help me with this asap? The match is going to end in an hour, so...
