I`ve been a steady user of unibet since 2012, and still to this day use it weekly. But the last couple of years it changed drasticly to the worse. Before Unibet treated their customers with really decent bonuses, and really good customer service. They fixed everything within 1 chat session.
It all started in october 2022 with some verification problems on my account, i had to send every personal information about my self, and it took nearly 4! months for them to open my account. Every few week i had to go in chat to follow up on my case, but i always got told a "special department" was looking into it. Well everything got fixed in the end, and i got my account back. After i got my account back i opted in for the cash back, and ive been using my account every week and not recived any money to my account. Only thing i get is 1 euro free chip on casino. Funny thing is that my casino been blocked from my account for several years, because i only bet on football. How can you say you give out bonuses depending on my account activity? I`ve not recived a cash bonus or deposit bonus since last year.
