Yay I got it correct. We can calculate this based on the number of outs both drawing hands as below:
KdQd = 4 K/Q, 9 Diamonds = 13 outs.
4h6h = 4 6/4, 9 Hearts, 2 Aces/2 5s = 17 outs.
Ac2c = I haven't done the work on Equilab but I would assume in a heads up pot it would be a slight dog against both of these hands, therefore it's unlikely to be ahead in a three way pot.
