Hi,

On the deposit screen, I am told this:

You need to verify your account before you can make a deposit. It's easy to do so - please upload the required documents on the 'Verify Account' page in your account.

However, on the verify page I am told this:

There are no pending documents or withdrawals on hold.

I think this is probably because I forgot to turn off my VPN before trying to deposit.

My payment went through shortly after, but now it happened again with another withdrawal.

I just withdrew to PayPal, and it is on hold stating "Go to verification section to verify your account!"

My account is already verified with 3 green ticks on the page. What's wrong?
