Not sure why you ask, if you don't believe the facts 😄 It is certified random.

And I don't really get the last part. The payouts are not substantial enough - €100,000 - to have any real impact. If we were talking millions of Euro, then I could follow the line of thought.

It's not really about not believing, I could understand why (possibly) it might not be information that your business would divulge.

So it's random, so (as I said) 'I'm mightily surprised'.

I'd have thought for Unibet Poker (perhaps not Casino) €100,000 was fairly significant, if not then that's fairly impressive even though it's probably paid rarer than rocking horses s**t

There's no funding as such, but it's rather just that every game has the same probability for the different multipliers to hit. The history is irrelevant, so it's a theoretical possibility that you'd see two 1000x games in a row. The multiplier distribution/probabilities can be seen here: https://unibetpoker.com/hexapro-jackpot-sit-go

If the multipliers were chosen randomly then yes, it would be possible to have two (even more) consecutive 1000 multipliers. But I would be mightily surprised if they were chosen randomly as opposed to 'sequenced' as the 'prize pot' allowed. It just wouldn't be good business sense.

But thanks for replying anyway 👍

  3. Curious about how the bigger prize pots are funded. So it all comes from what's left over from the 1.5x games but is it segregated by each buy in level? Does each buy in level fund it's own bigger prizes or do all the the extras go into one big pot that is allocated 'randomly'?

Or doesn't it work like that at all and it's just allocated based on how much overall rake is being collected over a particular period?

Probably won't tell me anyway 🤣

Ok, thanks for confirming! I love the Unibet poker app but wished there was some more traffic.

Me too. I'm done with Stars for a while and I like playing here but just wish there were more game selections. Having a few juicy tournaments starting weekend mid afternoon would be good. It would take a bit of investment in missed guarantees I suppose but I'm not sure how an operator grows otherwise. Or maybe that's not an objective, dunno

I've updated the page on unibetpoker.com, to try and clarify this further. I really think it was quite clear before, but if you've first read the promo page on the main domain, it can be confusing, as I don't want to use the multiplier word, as it's just confusing (as evident from this thread).

Feedback very welcome, as I really want that page, https://unibetpoker.com/unibet-poker-loyalty-program, to be crystal clear 🙂

Thanks for that ... I think of myself as reasonably smart but it had me totally confused. Anyway thanks for persevering. A few comments

    1. Why does the front page of client that shows a great picture of loyalty progress link to that inaccurate document when you have such a better looking, more accurate and straightforward link that you should point to (the one you have sent me above)

    2. Yes 5x, 12x etc is confusing so why not just show the min % rakeback at each level on the client where it is very prominent

    3. The level bonuses are simple, tick that

    4. The rakeback is paid in bonus points, got that ... but not too clear when added. Is it every two weeks? A gauge or little pic showing where I am (relative to next bonus points payout and how much) would be handy but not essential

Otherwise all good but definitely point 1 needs addressing imo

Thanks for sticking with me on this!

  6. OK, I get that the carry over is at L6 and not 6.1 - thank you

So just need to understand the multiplier (as wanted a crack at 6.1 by end of qtr) but not going to get close if the multiplier isn't what I thought

It's lvl 6. Terms on some promo pages still need to be amended.

The points multiplier is essentially = rakeback percentage in bonus point that is continuously paid as you play.

    There's a better explanation here https://unibetpoker.com/unibet-poker-loyalty-program 🙂

Hi mate, thanks for getting back on that, but I still don't understand

The rakeback % is paid by way of bonuses as you hit each level that's correct I believe, yes?

When I hit level 6 the points multiplier to get me to the next rakeback payment goes up from x5 to x12. Is that correct?

But (for example) playing €50 Hexapro at L5 that earns me 343 points on a 5x multiplier and still earns me 343 points on a 12x multiplier.

So what is being multiplied cos is sure as hell ain't XP and where can I see this number that's being multiplied? As I said I've been working my butt off to get to L6 only to discover I need to get to 6.1 ... on top of which my understanding of the multiplier (quite simple I would have thought) isn't what I thought

  8. Fairly new to Unibet and been trying to get to L6 in order to get the carry over of multiplier and then I see it's not L6 but L6.1 .... tssk when Unibet say there are 7 levels of loyalty it appears there's actually 34.

But that aside. Now I'm at L6 I've got a week to get to L6.1 and when I work out what I need to do I discover the points I get for playing a particular game (lets say 50 Hexapro) are no different than at the lower level. Its 343 at both L5 and L6. So what is the points multiplier all about and how do I track what it means in real terms?

Oh and I ain't getting to 6.1 anytime soon 😞

  9. Posted this on another thread but no sure it got 'published'

The past 2/3 weeks when logging on I get a pop up telling me I am number X in the Loyalty Point Race Leaderboard. Can't find anything about a leaderboard anywhere. Can anyone point me in direction of information about it please?

    Cheers

Cheers ... a novice here so don't know my way around. When I hit Chat at top of page I just get a page up saying 'We have no chat rooms available'. How do I get to chat to support?

    Hang fire, found it

@Rugrat you didn't get a response on the live chat? Just head on there and let them know what you need. We don't send these through the community.

If you run into problems with this request, I'd love to know 🙂

  12. I've written twice to Support but not had an answer.

I'm wanting Hexapro stats by month for each staking level  and all I am after is number of games, number of wins and total win € for each buy in

    Can I get that please?

  13. I don't play Unibet tournaments regularly and so unfamiliar with lobby. But scrolling down on Nov 26 I see a satellite to the London Poker Fest but I don't know what the London Poker Fest is, when or where. Same applies UDSO on Nov 22. What, where and when is the USDO?

Is there a description of these events anywhere? Surely all satellites should have details of the target tournament. Am I being dim not seeing it, or do I have to be a Unibet Reg to find it?

  14. Hi

I entered the Unibet Open qualifiers not realising it was a live event. I have won a ticket to the final qualifier which doesn't expire until May 2020 but the only UO tournament I can see is Paris on Nov 28 which I doubt I could get to. Are there any plans to run any other UO tournaments before my ticket expires on May 4, 2020?

    Thanks
