Hi. I hope there is someone who have been in similar situation and can give me some advice … course simply I don’t know anymore who to ask.

This will be long description of my problem but i dont know how i can explain this in short story but understandable.

I have 1 bank account on Revolut but inside it holds 2  separate accounts- each with its own IBAN ,bank cards….  .

One account is Standard account with I have allways used for all payments and transfers since I opened it. Second account is business account wich I 
I have never use it for anything and I am even not allowed and not able to add money there, send or receive money …. 
Everything was fine until beginning of October. I canceled some orders on some merhant site and did need to get a refund back to payment metod from wich I paid there….but refund was sent automatically to business account but as that account isn’t  active , my bank did not accept incoming refund there and reverted money back to that merhant and since than I have not get back or seen that refund …. Wasn’t hight amount so I just leave it .
 
same thing happened week latter with another merhant… also still haven’t got refund back… websites say to contact bank but bank - website. Waisted a lot of time exlplaining both sides , sending screenshots and statements but websites say refunds has been completed from them side but bank keep saying that they have send refunds back to websites. 
Mystery for everyone is why refunds has been sent to account from wich I didn’t paid to websites. Noone cannot fix it and cannot find problem 
No one don’t know where money has gone after my bank reverted refunds.

Wasn’t hight amounts - 20 and 30 eur so I  left it as it is.

I have never made withdrawal on unibet before but 20 October I won some money and wanted to withdraw 570 eur to account from wich I allways have deposited . But system at unibet choses and add withdrawal metod automatically and in my Case it choosed Business account iban. That what i was offered as only withdrawal metod- account Nr from wich i never paid there. 
i contacted Costumer support and tried to explain that there is wrong iban in my account and if they can change it to right One . I offered transaction statementsand anything they would like to have to see that i am telling truth . 
Of course they blocked my account and didnt listen to me because they thought i have used someones elses bank account for deposit, wich i also dont understand because it is so easy to check that on my deposit History… but noone doesnt check it. 

With payment verification was also interesting … i did need to upload vārds and stuff but everyone i uploaded , was not accepted because of some reasons as not clear photo and stuff… i uploaded some 10 times different  stuff for verification in 1 day  but they still did not accept anything … and than they ASKed for document from my bank wich bank couldnt give . Once i told them where and wich document i have problems to get from bank, they just kept concentrating on that One. Once i finally got exactly those document from my bank and uploaded verification was pending 7 days and got forvard only because i kept asking them for it. 

in mean time when i Sended them all that information about what is happening and where is problem and how it must be solved i allways reminded them to change IBAN on Unibet to right one so i can withdrawal money once account will be verified. Last time i talked in the morning with live -agent and she did understand everything and will give right iban  all my info to payment departament.

1hour latter i got email from my bank - “We did not accept incoming transfer 578 eur and we send money back to them .

So … as all last week i was sending and explaining and prooving to WHO? Noone didnt he ar me or didnt understand ir simply didnt care….
ALso …i did not ASK for withdrawal. They withdrawed money to wrong account after they verified payment metods. 
 

Sadest part is that no matter how many time i have spent getting all statements and account informations, screenshots and many other things where clearly can see that i have deposited using standart account, they doesnt care … they just focus on system … that unibet system “has added me IBAN to account from wich i have paid at unibet” … wich is wrong. 

so once again … withdrawal was sent to business account, my bank revert it … unibet saying that from them side withdrawal is complete and my bank has accepted that withdrawal but my bank says - they reverted withdrawal and doesnt have money. 

Same thing.. noone dont know where has 578 eur gone   after was reverted.

If someone reads this and know answet also to question — does withdrawal must be made ONLY  to account nr or bank card that has been LAST used for deposit at unibet? 

 

I already used to that… For me bonuses have this block for few … after that I am eligible for like few days … and than I am getting bonus - block again… For same reason or sometimes problem is that I use different deposit metods foo often 😉

System has noticed difference in your gaming behaviour.... Reasons could be different  as using different deposit metods( like example one time you deposit with bank account, other deposit with credit card,  other with other deposit method...)

or you have visited bonus page too often in account  ... 

Or you are spending all your limits too often like example deposit maximum limit you have made in account every day or spending all the time wich is allowed in Unibet every day... 

For me it seems funny that they block  player from receiving bonuses for about month if player visit bonus page more than one time a day. ... Or they restrict player from bonuses because they use different deposit methods... My question is than why there is any bonus page in account if its not allowed to looke there more than once and why  there is about 5 deposit methods available if it is not safe to deposit different methods?! 🤔

I am getting like 1 eur live casino bonus about once in a month because once they unblock my account and I can get bonuses again I am breaking "those safe rules" the same they so they restrict  my account from bonuses for another month 😃😃😃

Years ago when I had no kids and no ability for anything ... Online casinos era was just beginning  and I was believing I will win all that  money in the world.... 

I was believing so deep that I Will Win A LOT OF MONEY but  when I runned out of money I did believe I  need to borrow  some money from friends  and with that money I will win it back  in the same day I will return borrowed money just next day when I will get my withdrawal. ...  😁😁😁 

Well...it never happened ... but at least I got a lesson by time.... 🙂

That's why this post seems to me funny .... Remaindered  me  many years ago asking costumer service question  like - IF I win a lot of money today will I get it tomorrow?  "... 😁

 In my country there is no cash back not on Thursday or any other day so  you Definitely not the only one 🙄😄🤭

Did you try contacting them by live chat?  

Also try to look in your played  game history where you will be able to see each spin you made, bet and your win or your loose. ... That's where you will able to see yourself

It was not meant for everybody to understand.  

Most of people will understand my writing but there is also people who knows what's under that and what I meant. 🙂

And as you know there is some times when you keep winning as its hard to believe... but remember that as much as we would like to win all the time ... it doesn't happen... There is no point to get angry or something about loose... take it easy , money comes and goes the same as luck and everything in this world.... and I am telling you...  Play only when you really believe you will win... it works... 🙂

My advice would be to just contact them straight by live chat.. .. but the same time I understand why players better come here to ask questions instead of live chat... I know they can be unfriendly sometimes and even rude... but that question you ask is simple , they should be able to see  and tell you immediately what's wrong.... 

I dont think its about some technical fault or fiction ... and i am pretty shure that none doesnt fix games to make you loose.

I think winning is about you and your luck .(..and maybe try to delete all saved sites and history and cookies ...just clean your phone from unnecessary garbage. ...)

This reminds me when you type wrong  password somewhere  so you click on "forget password "...

Than you click on the link you get in email and must  make New one.

And you type in new password wich you would like to have but system doesn't accept it because- YOUR PASSWORD CANNOT BE THE SAME AS LAST ONE PLEASE MAKE ANOTHER ONE WICH YOU HAVENT USE BEFORE... 😄

I Think its better to contact them straight on live-chat so you get answer straight away... or send email...It should get resolve faster than waiting to get answer here...

I had the same but I want to know how it was fixed for you? On Sunday game was still not available for me but I found another free chip added in bonus section . I was another live roulette but at least that was working fine. Once I got that second chip I cancelled Golden bar roulette and activated that one. 

Did you also got another chip added?

I am interested because I myself have been in similar situations... Not with Unibet and not because I deposit with account where other ones name was shown but the same I was fighting for some time to get my withdrawals, also was sending tons of documents and proofs that I didnt do anything wrong  and also got frustrated because it was never good enough.. but I did  succeed and always got my withdrawals except one time when I registered and deposited 20 eur with digital wallet and also got 100% 1st deposit bonus. I won more than 2000eur and almost won progressive jackpot (I am glad I didnt). After verification i did ask for withdrawal but  they denied it because they had a rule in terms and conditions that 1st deposit bonus can be claimed only using bank account .(i did deposited with digital wallet... so I didnt even try to fight for that money course there was no point for that.  ...

.small mistakes can hit very painful sometimes 🙄 😆

Maybe you can ask bank for a document where can see that you both are that account holders and both are   legally  to use it ?! I am shure bank should give you this kind of document. ...

I think there is no term wich doesn't let deposit with shearing-account... (at least haven't never seen that term) ... so if there is no point in terms wich doesn't  allow to deposit with shearing-account than you haven't even  done nothing wrong ... 

If I would be in your situation  I would read all terms and conditions about deposits and withdrawals  so you know if you have done something wrong or not....

They probably  suspended you from having any bonuses for some period of time (if there is not some technical fault)

You can contact them by live chat and they will tell you if so and if you are suspended from bonuses than they can also tell you how long .

I just think its because to keep players  away from gambling addiction.  Casinos who gives all the time  bonuses and stuff does it to keep  players come back to deposit play and spend money and time playing there so they support players to get in gambling addiction. 

Unibet don't support that so not giving a lot of bonuses means they don't support you to get in addiction.  

Your own deposits are your own decisions. If there would something go wrong with some addicted gambler and there would be a court between  casino and player ,I think  there would be very small chance that player would win that court in any case  because Unibet has all evidence that they support save and fun playing and not support players to get in addiction. 

Well ... this is only my thoughts about that and maybe I am wrong but this is what makes sense to me.

Well as I know ,there is very stright rule in every casino that deposit method you use must be on your own name. 

Some 6 years ago casinos already had this rule  and back then was really really hard to make them withdraw money if you broke this rule. I remember my friend used hers boyfriend's bank account to deposit in casino( with his permission).... She won about 1  thousand eur. She did fight for that withdrawal long time contacting casino licence giver and other instances . They was asking thousand documents (also from his boyfriend ) . In the end he did need to write his permission wich he gave to use his credit card for deposit on paper , he did need to sign it and make selfie holding this paper. 

Remember... it was 6 years ago ... rules and terms in casinos are 100 times more strictly now. 

So.... in my opinion it will be a miracle if they will withdraw your winnings and if they do thats will be a huge favour from them to you, because by law they shouldn't withdraw your winnings... 

I wish you a lot of luck and patience ... and don't worry too much if you don't get that money because it's just a money... It will always come and go and there is no point to vaste your energy and time on less important things in life. 🙂

Definitely not true. I won jackpot 4 times. All stars jackpot 200eur and right after that i bougt ticket for 1 eur and won another jackpot 400 eur. And once i bought 1 0.15 cent ticket and got 1 ticket free. Both won jackpot ... was 20 eur each ticket.For me there is times when I win and there is times when someone else win. 😄

If you want to win than you must believe you will win !(Want to win is not the same as believing) Sounds crazy but its true! 10 years ago I watched documented movie about luck, successful people and stuff.... Movie called- "Secret" ... since than i now how luck works 🙂 So if you will not believe your win, than you will never win...!
