    Withdrawal on hold without explanation

    Hi,

    im a new user and have attempted to make 3 withdrawals yesterday. My account states there are no documents required for verification and my account is fine to use, so wondering why my withdrawal is still on hold? It also stated withdrawal would take 12 hours but isn’t even pending. Would really appreciate your help with this!
