  1. Hi I am a new customer to unibet and my withdrawals have been onhold. I sent the documents that are asked within minutes and i would like to know why it is taking too long to get my account approved. I need my withdrawals as soon as possible. I hope you have a great day.
  2. Hello, I'd like to raise a problem to all community and support that happened to me now suddenly. I play already few years on Unibet and all was smooth and nice. I deposited via Neteller several times as well as cashed out via same method recently few times and all was perfect and fast. Now, just without any prior notice, Unibet canceled my Neteller option and left me only with Visa option that i can not use at all due to my country restrictions. So, i'm completely stuck now with no options to get my honestly earned money back and this is so sick !! I can't believe that i receive such brutal and unprofessional approach from Unibet (( I still hope for normal solution. Thanks in advance
