Firstly, I love this site and refer it to anyone who will listen; however, I find the tournament ticket situation difficult sometimes. Why are tickets won for specific events only? For instance, I have a couple of UOS tickets that I won and wasn't able to use. The fault is mine because thought they were generic €5 tickets but now I stand to lose them as there is no change policy anymore. Isn't there an option for us to use the value in tournament tickets for other events? I am also afraid I will lose my ticket to the DSO live to online tournament as it happens so scarcely and the tournament is often announced quite late that should I not be able to make the tournament then I lose a €300 ticket. Please advise if there is any thought to changing this policy. Thanks and regards Clint

@Stubbe-Unibet thanks for the prompt reply; it certainly makes sense. As to the challenge points, I guess I'll check next log in although I'm nervous to log out just in case I can't get back in. Hehe

Has something changed with the challenge points? Mine haven't increased.

Also, I tried registering for the Zenith tournament now and although there is 8 minutes left of late reg, the reg button isn't available.

@Stubbe-Unibet I've just logged on and found the first column to be huge; it makes the rest of the menu look cluttered. Any chance you can reduce the size a bit?

@Stubbe-Unibet , I am having a problem in the MTT lobby whereby the prize projections are not showing, So if I go into the specific tournament lobby, the projections are missing.

Furthermore, I lost a massive pot to what I can assume was a reraise that I couldn't call and have been blinded out from 2nd in chips to 3rd losing 30% of my stack.

I was playing in the 100 Singularity and also registered for a €5 HexaPro tournament which was a 3x (€15), when suddenly i got kicked out. I tried loggin into the mobile app and suddenly my balance showed zero and I couldn't get into any of the tables. I've just managed to get back into the tournamnet but I was obviously blinded out of the Hexapro. Why is the software crashing frequently and why could I not open my tables when I managed to get back in? Please advice as this is most frustrating and I'm losing buy ins. Thanks and regards Clint

Hi there As the heading suggests, I have been unable to enter several tournaments during the late registration perdiod. It says there is still time to register; however, the registration button is blanked out and in the lobby it says registration closed. The most recent of which is the €600 Sputnik. Please advise why this happens. Thanks
