Hi, the last couple of weeks I have seen some hard errors happening during my bets. Example: Live coverage of game gets suddenly annuled And today I had this strange thing: the game is only 20 minutes far and suddenly an "end of game" message appears. Then after 10 minutes it looks like it is fixed but the statistics tab is gone: Do I have to see all this as stability issues or what? I don't like this very much. Grz, Wim

Btw, before the website went down, there were already some troubles on the website. Depositing money didn't work for a whole while also...

@Stubbe-Unibet I do not accept this simple answer. You are responsible for your company. My internet worked just fine here, your website didn't. This was the announcement that was made: We're experiencing connections problems in Malta, leading to some markets as well as internal systems being unavailable. We're working on getting everything back soon as possible, many apologies for the inconvenience. I didn't know Malta was a place in Belgium. There were no widespread internet issues in the entire country, you're servers were simply down.

But I couldn't do nothing or anticipate on events, because the whole thing was down..... This is not some simple joke site, but a serious gambling site we're talking about where you expect things to work!

Let me put it like this: you are playing poker and gained a lot of money. Suddenly the site goes down and everything you had is gone now. I think you would also be seriously pissed. Thanks for the empathy btw...

Hi, Practically the whole afternoon the Unibet site was down. Also the Community site was not accessible. That is not so funny when you have just placed a bet before everything went down. I would think that the Nr. 1 gambling site in Belgium is a lot more stable than this. I would also assume that, when things are not working as they should, the company will take his reponsibility and compensate the client, especially when you are a regular one. I have placed this bet with coupon-id 2754905408 before it went down. So I think it would be a nice gester to void the bet. Thank you.

Because of these errors I couldn't use the cashout. That doesn't seem fair.

Hi, I placed a bet on the table tennis game: Bazilevsky, Vitaly - Kirilenko, Andrey today on 17:02. During the game the site stopped working and I couldn't do anything anymore. Here is my bet: See screenshots below. The site clearly went into error so it would be nice to give me my initial bet back. Tnx

I have the same problem, the match is already done for some time but it says that the match is still ongoing.

If I won the bet and Unibet declares it invalid because there were errors , I would have no problem with that if it is true. I know that during matches betting options may get suspened for a while because of things happening in the game. I have no problem with that. I had no problem with that. Honest is honest. But this should also go in 2 directions. If betting options get disabled for the rest of the game because of technical errors and I can't just ask for my initial bet back(nobody wins or looses something) , allow me to say I find this not correct.

It wasn't suspended for a while, it was suspended during the whole game. The game even disappeared from the board. I find this something very different. And it clearly states in the screenshot that there are technical errors.
