Hi there, in February 2019 there was a poker promotion called Podium Hunters, and the main prize was UO Malta package. So I was the winner of it, the information about it can be found in the forum thread dedicated to this promo. However, I still haven't received the package or the confirmation email, so I can't register to the event (though it's only 10 days to go). I tried to contact Jeppe (who was in charge for this promotion) several times but didn't get any answer. So I kindly ask people from the staff to sort this out, since only a few days left before the event.
