We are writing to notify you about a data breach incident that involves your account with Unibet this incident was given our fullest attention and has been resolved. We take the protection of your information very seriously and welcome any questions you may have.
On 19 October 2021, we became aware that due to an external bug on a poker platform your account was temporarily available to another Unibet customer. This incident occurred between 9:12 and CET and 10:36 CET.
Once we became aware of the incident, we immediately took steps to determine the nature and scope of the issue and the necessary solutions have been put into place, including closing the affected games to prevent any further issues. We have also undertaken a detailed analysis of all affected sessions, ensuring that any potential impact on our customers’ data is minimised.
We have also notified and are coordinating with law enforcement authorities.
So why is my account still frozen , do they think i hacked myself? Ive been a active player on unibet for well over and never had a problem .
