  1. After a long stressful and crazy 6 weeks I finally received my money this morning. Thank you to @ReCorpH for all help he provided..... I hope unibet puts better procedures in place to deal with issues like this...I may or may not close my account permanently. Good luck to everyone else who is facing issues, hope they are resolved for you....
  2. Even after Unibet has admitted the issue is on their end and the payment processor, they are not resolving this quickly and getting me paid.... They said 3 business days hopefully but no money still.... This is really ridiculous....
  3. I got an email from customer service regarding my case saying they have resolved the issue with my withdrawal and I should get my money hopefully in 3 business days. Hopefully this is true and I get my money soon.

  5. At least your money is back in your account, my money is missing and no one can find it for a month.
  6. I am in the same boat been waiting for a month to get my money. No answers and and no solutions. Seems like a big problem at Unibet paying out and big issues with their payment processors. Not sure what else I can do, I have been emailing and talking to live chat and moderator everyday and I keep hearing they are investigating.
  7. well silence for another day with no answers and no one can tell me where my money is.... i see if people trying to deposit have issues, they are resolved very quickly.....I guess makes sense if Unibet can't get money in they will do everything they can to resolve but when paying out its not a big deal for them if there are issues like mine....

Are there no other managers, supervisors, moderators in this community who can help push get some answers? @ReCorpH has been trying to help me but he is only one person....I would think deposits and withdrawals would be on the top for issues to resolve and that's what people think is the most important crietria when picking a sportsbook.

  11. I thought Unibet was a big reputable company and safe to have my funds in. I really dont know anymore based on what I am going through for the past month trying to get answers of where my money is. Also customer service has been the worst I have seen from the big books and I have accounts with some of the big ones. Any bank would tell you it's not very hard to trace funds but it has to have been sent to be able to trace it. There has to be a way to escalate issues like this unless there is a bigger problem that is not being disclosed.
  12. Another week goes by with no money in sight and no responses or answeres from Unibet. I keep hearing that the case is still under investigation from the payments department and payment provider..... Worse experience I have had with a sports book in over 10 years....Biggest mistake made was joining unibet and depositing large sums in my account...
  13. @ReCorpH Do you have any update on this?. I haven't heard anything from you recently, hopefully you haven't given up and stopped trying to get answers fo me? Please let me know what the latest is?
