Hello. Back in 2019 I won a 550eur ticket to a live DSO tournament that got cancelled. I was supposed to play the one in Paris (November 27, 2019 - December 1, 2019) but the DSO got cancelled then, and sadly everything else was off due to the pandemic. I contacted support several times, but I was told to try talking to Alex Henry, which i did, to no avail. There's even a facebook message i sent him back in December, which has not been read. Can I please get some help on this issue? I am ok with receiving online DSO tickets or challenge points, whatever works best for you. Thanks a lot.

Not sure if this is the proper place to reply, but, as a 25-100eur HexaPro player, I'm having a hard time pinpointing the people that had their accounts closed, because the reg player pool hasn't shrunk and it's the same guys most likely using remote assistance (bots) in their plays. It is absolutely obvious there is non-human play involved in their thought process, and it wouldn't baffle me if it's these same guys with new usernames under different credentials. Please look into : gastyi88, ffun, dooor3, mason15, jamesplo, norton6, HardYear and the likes, and you'll notice the oddness. I really hope I'm wrong.

I tried buying some hexapro tickets using my bonus points and somehow it seems that unibet offers 50 and 100eur banzai hexapro options. mistakingly bought those but the max stake available in the lobby for Banzai hexa is 10euros. Could you please exchange my tickets from Banzai Hexapro to regular Hexapro ? Also, please just delete the option to buy those as it is clearly a bug. Thanks.

What happens if I ship a second ticket, play the main event AND make it to day2 with the first bullet ? Does the second 1100eur ticket gets turned into bonus points ? thanks.
