Hi, I was registered in the Titan. I bought a rebuy (for a double stack) and then the tournament closed due to the server being down. I got refunded for my initial buy in but not for the rebuy (while my stack wasn’t depleted). I demand that I get refunded for this. Hi. The Unibet server was down for +- an hour on 30/09/2021. I was registered in the moonwalk from 11:30, got back in the server at 12:30 right before the addon break. I had no chance to play the tournament whatsoever so I was left with a significant small stack. I demand a refund for the buy in I invested in this tournament which was 15 euros . I understand things like this can happen but I hope I receive a suitable compensation because this kinda feels like throwing money in the bin. Kind regards.

Hi, on the 18th of april i got disconnected in the final 3 of the €10 gargle blaster. was unable to log in due to server downtime. When i managed to get back in the other player took all my chips via blinds, was chipleader by far. Do i get a refund?
