I have a tournament Olaf Zone tonight. I'm trying to register for it but is says I'm already registered. but the lobby shows no player.

However the policy does not seem to have been followed. Can you let me know which part of the cancellation policy is followed in out instance for the Tournament OLAF ZONE on the 15th.

Can someone please let me know what is being done my poker tournament on 15/4 "Olaf zone" I was only person able to play everyone else was disconnected and locked out. I have personally refunded everyone. But there is still some funds withheld by Unibet. Please advise
