Dear Support, I completed the MTT cash part of the April missions, but I do not receive the hexapro ticket. I cashed in the low leaderboard tournament today and 2 days ago but the missions tab do not count these. COuld you please help with this issue?

Dear Unibet, The same issues happened to me again as on the 15th of April... Playing at Unibet is becoming really frustrating. This is the 3rd evening this week I am experiencing technical issues from your site. I would like to get compensation for the SNG-s I was playing; I could log back after 10 minutes, but I was really short stack then... Tournament ID-s: 1202332807 and 1202332543. Good afternoon! Yesterday the low leaderboard tournament was cancelled, but I received plenty of money refund. Will there be any leaderboard points distributed for yesterday's tournament?

Yeah, they stopped the tournaments 70 mins after the problems occurred... While some players were still playing...

Has anybody got any official information?

I was able to get back to an MTT after an hour... 2 players were playing while 6 were sitting out... After playing a few hands, they put the tourney on break...

Have you got any experience in MTT refund policy? I was 4th of 46 in the low leaderboard 5€ bounty tournament; we were almost ITM. I don't think giving back the buy-ins to everyone is a fair compensation...
