Afternoon all, I'm starting to get invovled with the MTT tourneys (completed my first one on Saturday and placed 2nd) but I'd like to know how the points scoring is calculated. If anyone could explain that would be appreciated. Thanks @RayL

Good afternoon @Stubbe-Unibet I created a tourney under the name of 'Second Chance Wednesday' for tonight at 8:30pm (UK time). Its not showing on the lobby but when ive check my confirmation email the date was the 12th (yesterday). I am assuming it is my fault......but please could you re create the same tourney for today at the same time. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience! Thanks!

@Stubbe-Unibet Good Morning, A tournament I have requested - Friday Lockdown Series - to start at 9:30pm CET (8:30pm UK Time) is not showing in the lobby. I set this up last week and requested the tourney to be repeated weekly, same day and time, till the 15th May. (Last weeks tourney was set up and played). Please can this be rectified. Thanks in advance!

Morning, On Sunday I requested a private tourney for tonight at 9:30pm CET (8:30pm UK time) called Friday Lockdown Series. Had the 'Thank you for submitting' confirmation page but can not find it when searching on lobby. Can this be created please... Thanks in advance!

Completed our Private Tournament tonight. After a slow 10-15 minute start with players losing connection, unable to login in.....we got in!! Pretty impressed considering what is going on! Everyone really happy. Great site and really Unibet do prefer compare to other poker sites. Just keep patient as I am sure all the gus and girls are working on this. I have been playing poker through Unibet for a few weeks and it has been enjoyable up until the major issues on Wednesday. We did a prviate table and some players have still not been refunded at least the buy-in stake. There are 20+ plus of us that have signed up to play the prviate poker table service and in doing so have taken advantage on playing other services (casino, bingo, poker cash games) We have another set up tonight and my concern is if we have another situation like Wednesday where by we lose connection for over an hour with some, not all, players coming back into play with 95%+ plus chips eat by blinds, then they will just search for alternative sites (which we personally dont want to happen as the game play has good on here). Can you shed any light on the provisions in place to ensure us all that it wont happen again when we play tonight? As one of the players involved in our private tourney tonight has played Bingo today and has lost connection (crashed) 3 times in space of an hour. Some clarity and honest assesment would really be appreciated as we'd rather not play tonight and re arrange for a future date when there is full confidence this wont happen again. Rather than anxioulsy risk playing tonight, have the same connection issue and risk losing custom. Thanks in advance.
