Hi, who can assist users to solve the issues of last Thursday? We only received a message with apologies. However, the winning bets were ignored and the lost bets were not!!!! Shared a picture of it already, no reaction. In my opinion, this is not acceptable - however I'm first offering the chance to Unibet to get this solved properly for us.

Any update @RayL on how we get our money back on the disappeared bets on Thursday? We all received a messages with apologies, but no word about the disappeared money... And no option to reply to the message

Same here - must be a way to avoid them to pay-out when you win. They also do avoid the cash-out option by doing this

Hi @RayL, same here - but a livebet on win game of Porto and Rangers - this appeared in my bets overview, I even have picture of it. Both teams are winning now and the bet disappeared from my overview....

The way the systems works today is really unacceptable - I placed 3 live bets, they appeared on my betting viewed and disappeared when one of my bets was winning. Unbelievable, a shame
