  1. Hi, I won a UO Dublin package in the final qualifier on the last Sunday of last year, but I might not be able to go. Is it possible to postpone to a later tournament (e.g. London, if/when that is announced), or convert the package to bonus points or something?
  2. A 2-10-100 path, or a 1-5-10-100, might encourage people to try and grind it up. Something akin to the UK Tour or UO satty routes might increase participation.
  3. Can I have permission to use the UO exchanger tourneys, please?
  4. Great update! Now run that roll up to 38 euros! :D
  5. Thanks for the replies and top tips. I will do none of the above. I might come and rail you guys on Saturday though.
  6. I'll be off to Milton Keynes tomorrow for my first UK Tour event, probably playing on Friday night, but I'm a bit confused about the two day ones. If I survive Friday night, do I get a whole day off on Saturday? Will there be a community freeroll or anything like that?
  7. I've too have ended up with a glut of UK Final tickets that need extending. I have 7 x 50 euro UK Final tickets that all run out in 3 days. Can you ( @Leo-Unibet@ or @Patric-Unibet ) extend them for a couple of months, so I can keep playing the finals? Thanks in advance.
  8. Thanks for sharing your graph. I didn't realise it had gone so badly for you this year. Are you trying to become the whale of the day? ;) Esmee has a lot of explaining to do, imo. Inb4 Hexapro hexapro.
  9. Hi, Firstly, thanks for converting my 25 and 100 UK Tour tickets to 50 euro final tickets. I had a good week at the 25s last week so - for the record - I now have 650 euros worth of UK Tour "Final" tickets, all with the same expiry date (end of January), and my aim is to play live events next year (not Manchester this week). And herein lies the problem. Under the old system, I would play 2 or 3 of the daily 25 euro qualifiers per week, with the aim of getting a 500e "bankroll" (now achieved) before taking shots at the 100e finals. The UK25 was effectively my regular game (and main reason for logging into the client) and I typically put 50-75 euros of buy-ins (via tickets) back into the UKTour system per week. Higher volume regs would play 5 or more of the UK25s, along with occasional 100 euro finals. With the new system, anyone that played at the 25+ euro level now has only one game scheduled per week: The 50 euro final. In effect, the new set-up means players like me will be spending less time on Unibet and putting even less money (via tickets and rake) into the system. If there is only one final per week, then even if I play every week (unlikely, as I like to take breaks from poker occasionally, as real life has a habit of interrupting the grind) and lose every time, my 650 euros worth of tickets will take me three months to burn through. If I somehow win one of the finals on my first attempt, I'll have even less reason to log on. Since the old UK25s ran almost every evening and there are presumably several other people with a glut of tickets like me, extending the expiry dates would be a good start. Adding another final some time in the week would also make sense if the liquidity exists, as I suspect it does. (I would be quite happy to play two 50 euro games per week on my current "ticketroll"). Whilst I think the new set-up actually seems pretty good (having finals at the 50e level is probably better than 100e imo) it just seems very odd that there used to be seven of the UK25s per week, and one UK100, and all those games have been replaced by a single tourney at the 50 euro level. "Ticket hoarders" like me can't use up our tickets in a hurry if there's only one game a week. :/ If there isn't "room" to slot another 50 euro UK game into the schedule, I'd really appreciate it if my tickets could be extended for 6 months. With the current situation it will be impossible to use more than a three or four of them in time.
  10. I thought you had a really good month (or at least) week on the other sites. #MoanItIn
  11. This is very good blog. I'm dying to know if you won the event, so I hope no one posts any spoilers.
  12. Sorry to hear about the downsw0ng. Thanks for the crypto tips. I'm still yet to get involved, but I'll probably only invest 200 quid or so in the first instance and not get actively involved in trading the various coins. (Trying to predict which altcoins are gonna go up and down in value sounds way too complicated, time consuming and risky). #HoldPre.
  13. The Hand Count matrix isn't particularly useful when you're running filters, as it's just showing you how often you took a certain action. e.g. If the filter is "call", then it's just showing you which hands you called with more often than not (the white ones were probably 50/50). I only use Hand Count for determining if I've been card dead (or on a heater) over a certain sample. e.g. If (with all filters off), it says I've been dealt AA-JJ/AKs less often than expected, or I'm just getting way too much offsuit trash on the button, that's often all I need to see to explain some poor results. One quick way of seeing how you're doing with pre-flop calls with HEM is to look at your POSITION report and then go to More Filters>Cold Call. That quick filter will immediately show you if you're winning/losing in EP, MP, CO, BTN, SB, or BB when you pressed the CALL button pre-flop. And if you then click on each position on the reports page, you can see the heat map for each position. This is a great way to find out which types of hands are doing well as calls and which are losing. e.g. You might find hands like JTs and 22 are losing when you cold call in MP (so you should #FoldPre), but in BB you might be making money calling with hands like K6s or QTo or A6o. Some of the other Quick Filters built into HEM are also useful. (e.g. "3-bet", "3-bet light", "call 3-bet"). You can even look at graphs while you have a filter switched on. (If you want to see an epic redline, run the "3-bet" or "4-bet" quick filters and pull up the graph). Remember to deselect/remove each filter when you want to compare with your overall results, or run a different filter, because if you combine too many you'll end up with very few results to look at.
  14. For early position opens, 99 should still be in your range, and possibly 88 too, but a lot of their EV comes from making sets. If you don't get lucky with sets over a particular sample size, you'll naturally lose money with hands that typically flop 2nd or 3rd pair. If you want to open 12% in EP, then you should be less inclined to play offsuit hands, since these realize less equity than suited combos, so don't do well OOP. Offsuit aces with medium/bad kickers are particularly bad in this respect due to reverse implied odds. e.g. I would remove A9o and A8o (24 total combos) from that 12% range, and replace them with KJs, KTs, QJs, JTs (only 4 combos each). Even ATo is unplayable in EP if there are more than 6 people still to act. Use some more of the suited hands to balance your range and increase your #BoardCovfefe.
