I'll make a thread of my own but i wanted to show you my support in this, i got about the same replies from unibets support in a case from some time ago, i figured that i wasn't the only one that was getting screwed by either Unibet or their so called "betting ods delivery operators", it's not valid to have it like this like in your case and as shown in my videos, i didn't get any of my bets dealt with in the correct manner from neither the "betting delivery operator/trader" or Unibet, so beware any of you that are betting bigger amounts, even small amounts beware, Unibet have been very good and from what i thought, reliable and stable, but that's not the case since atleast 6 months back. I hope that your case gets resolved i really do @AndreiBN
