problem you have is some seem to have been playing on whilst others were not. difficult to settle this equitably.

sent you a PM. I don't know what the unibet policy is but I would expect any explictly racist usernames should equal an immediate DQ.

and the response is below. Unibet - this is highly inadequate. a racist username should be immediate DQ. This has been reported, however an alias can not be blocked whilst a player is still playing.

Is there a sanction? I reported a racist one half an hour ago and it is still there.
