I am sorry to bother you again but I am certain this time that I am missing a bonus from the 15 to go today. I bet on Liberty Beach (3pm Goodwood) and Too Darn Hot (3.35 pm Goodwood). Both races on the promotion. I got one bonus. Thank you. But not the other. Too Darn Hot started at Evens so I don't understand. Please help.

Thank you for replying. There is only one bonus showing. I did four bets on Goodwood 15 to go yesterday. Pinatubo and Cobra Eye won so should be 2 x bonuses. Only one available. I know that the start of the first race was not 13.50 but that is not my fault. Please can you check.

Hello I got two winners today at Goodwood in the 15 To Go offer. First one was Pinaturbo. Second one was Cobra Eye. I haven't got the free bets from either yet. Do you know what is happening? Both were at odds over evens. The bet history is showing as Won but no free bets in my account. Anyone else?

Hello I must be totally dim but I don't get it. I have been given a £10 free bet and it is valid for an event that has been closed. What is that? "An event that has been closed"? I have been adding all kinds of bets to the slip and the £10 free bet doesn't appear.
