After playing a few hundred games I'm about break even with these and none the wiser if I'm doing ok or not. They seem like a luck fest. With blinds starting at 15/30 and 1000 chips, you can lose a couple of hands, be down to half stack and virtually in shove mode before level 1 has barely started. You could, in the first hand, call a min raise then three half pot bets and thats half your stack. They seem to be missing the 10/20 level that Stars & 888 has that allows you to at least feel out your opponent without risking most of your chips. Considering every game is more or less a blank slate because of name changing, no note taking etc, by the time you've worked out any info on villain, the game is nearly over and you can't even take a note for the next time. Maybe if you started with 1500 chips or add a 10/20 level it may sort it but they seem very swingy to me.

Thank you Jonny & NMPfan. I though it might, just wasn't sure if it was on some diminishing sliding scale. They don't mention anything about rake paid on the website challenge page, or I totally missed it.

I see. I was thinking about the husngs which all have 3% rake so with those always having the same percentage of rake then someone playing £10 games would get 10x more points than someone playing £1 games. Is that right? And if you changed stakes midway, without completing the challenge, then it would just take the average of the buy ins and adjust the points to that?

About these Major and Minor points for SnGs. Do they rise in value directly according to buy in? For instance, if you only played £10 sngs, you would get 10 times the points than if you only played £1 sngs? Or is it a different rising scale.
