Hi. I recently won a €1 Poker Fever ticket but I don't see a €10 biket in the lobby :/ I noticed in the lobby that it can no longer be used for other tournaments with the same buy-in as last time. In 8 days the ticket expires and after going to the "tickets" tab, when I try to check what tournaments I can register for, nothing is shown and in this case there should be a chance to change it to a €1 tournament ticket, because why could I win a ticket if I can't use it, so I don't understand the situation :D

I can't believe it finally happened and there is some kind of freeroll for community users 😅 I don't know who is behind it or if @Livertool or @Stubbe-Unibet but I am impressed and may God reward you in children 🤪 The best thing is that if I hadn't remembered about the Polish Fever ticket, I would have missed this tournament but I was angry because I felt that I missed it and that's what happened hehe luckily I had another surprise 😉 Amen .

Unibet is very lame with the approach to its players, on the forum or in the chat;) Ticket for 1c, or not for 1c, but if you do not have time to play manually adding junk tickets, then as I wrote above you should come out with some minimal initiative, but for what? It's best to get rid of users quickly 👌
