Just chatted with support. Their answer was: " I'm very sorry but there's a temporary technical issue with the poker client, our teams are working on it to fix it as soon as possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Your understanding is appreciated in this matter." When I asked about the timeframe to fix the issue, the reply was: "I can't give an exact time frame, but I can assure you that we are doing our best to get it fixed as soon as possible. "

Unfortunately Still not working for me. It seems that the problem is with all the games from QUICKSPIN, I dont't hav eany sound whatsoever in any of the slots by that manufacturer. The others seem to be working just fine.

I've been having the same problem with numerous slots within the past few days. No sound whatsoever. The sound icon at the top right corner shows contioungly that it's loading but I'm not getting any sound. I've tried it at least Treasure Island, tactical force and Pirates charm. Also the slots are lagginng. Badly. I'm pretty confident that the problems is not with my connections hence all other programs over the net are working just fine.
