Hey @Stubbe-Unibet ! Anything new about my case? 1 hour might have been little bit exaggeration. I see from my skype loggs that around 30min after I started to ask from my friends if the software is working for them or not, little bit after that I decided to close and re-open software. I had same disconnection problems during friday as well, but software was always reconnect after sometime of waiting. You need to really understand that this kind of things cannot go on. If all players are experiencing disconnection problems you need to pause or cancell all running tournaments and refund buy-ins. I can as well assure you that problem is not in my end. I have high speed internet connection which nearly never disconnects, as well I was not experience problems in any other pokersite I was playing at the time. 9305291755

Hey! I had first short disconnection which took around 5 - 10 minutes to reconnect. I didn't close software since in most case you will not be able to log back in. After that tournaments was continue normally for maybe about 30 - 60min. And I had another disconnection. EDIT: (Time of first screenshot 23.47 EET, 2nd screenshot 0.18 EET). I kept tables in my screen about 1 hour... After I closed because was thinking tournaments will be probably cancelled anyway. Then I tried to re-open software and was able to access to the tournament lobby, but couldn't open any tournament tables as a spectator. I closed software and re-open it and was able to spectate ongoing tournaments normally (still thinking that tournaments I've played been cancelled, since I couldn't find them from the lobby).

Hey! I had problems tecnical problems with client today. First time I was able to reconnect and continue play, 2nd time I was not able to continue. I'm looking to get refunded from tournaments: €100 €7,500 Neptune rebuy (18147591) -> I had 35808 chips 600/1200 ante 150. €10 Sputnik €600 (18147590) -> I had 27641 chips 800/1600 ante 200. €10 Titan €5000 (18148611) -> I had 77224 chips 900/1800 Ante 225.
