@DaPundit I just sent you a private message with a screenshot that is proof of the withdrawal having been sent from us to you. You should be able to take it and the reference number, provide it for your bank who then should be able to find the transaction and sort of "pull it in" to your bank account

Let's get an overview of who of you are coming to Sinaia and might be interested in joining the Community Freeroll scheduled for Saturday the 16th of February
We already had a question about it here, but if you're a member and in Sinaia during the UO, we'd love to have you in the freeroll(no UO package needed)-
So please, if you've qualified, or if you're planning to buy in, or just want to come by and enjoy the UO atmosphere while playing in the freeroll, do let us know here that you're coming to Sinaia!

@TDW I like the idea in itself, but I'm declining it for a few reasons - the same reasons why I think you won't get too many likes on this one.
Since our new Help Center went live(where we have a community widget attached), we've seen an increased number of help and supports posts from players, a lot of the posts are lacking one thing or another though. I think I know why, but I cannot change the fact that they are. The problems we see are;
1) A post asking for help, but where the problem is very vaguely described. Someone ask for more information, but the OP never returns.
2) A post is made asking for help, but the player decides to go to the live chat not long after and it's solved through there.
3) Posts asking for help, but written just like the player would upon first contact with a live agent - and not all people have the same level of politeness, meaning that the player doesn't even say hello or anything in their first post on community, but just describes the problem(though often vaguely).
4) A lot of the queries can't be handled without having access to backoffices, and given that the nature of the queries changes quite a bit, sometimes we saw people who were trying to be helpful, but unfortunately gave information that wasn't correct in the situation at hand.
The direct feedback I've gotten from long term members here, both some through PM and some when meeting guys at Unibet Open events, is that as an active member, you don't feel like helping out a new rank 1 who didn't even take the time to write "Hello", who was maybe a bit rude, or didn't care to describe the issue properly. That, and the feedback that these posts being on the main page brings about unnecessary negativity for people who are here to actually enjoy conversation, is what has made me the decision to remove and keep them in a section by itself. I do agree that players should be getting help much faster than they are currently, but we also want to do promotions and actually read and sometimes respond to what the active members here are talking about - so I'm in talks with my boss on solving this problem(we used to be 3 people, now we're 2, but number of members is up +100% since then). It might not seem so bad to let the help and support post go on the front page, but after seeing x number of "my bet wasn't settled and match ended 15 minutes ago, THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH Unibet when will you settle my bet?", it doesn't really add to a good community experience I think.

Always appreciate your feedback @VikingsAF!
"So now I have a bit more time to read trough Pretty cool idea overall Some thoughts: - Isn't this going to be a lot of work for you and Ray?"
The way we're setting it up, I think it's totally doable The raffles will take a bit of work(including the Pizza Party raffle that we're planning, but we'll make a bunch of premade packages of extra prizes that we can raffle between every week. Also, if we can agree on tournaments and structure for a full cycle, then we can hand off a full 7 week schedule to Leo in advance. And about the cycles, even though I'd like to be versatile with the schedule, I'd also really like to stay true to letting every getting an equal chance to take part - to do that we need complete cycles of the same setup, which sort of ties into your second question.
- They are all 9-handed. Why the choice to keep this the same for all? I don't mind, but maybe 2 9-handed and 2 6-handed could be cool (I would even suggest PLO, but nobody else likes that )
For continuity, this way we don't get situations e.g of "I wanted to play the regular and the intermediate, but I hate 6 handed". This way everyone gets the same What we can do though, is alternate between 9 handed and 6 handed for different cycles.
- On the one hand, 4 MTT's is a lot, but I really like the DIRT name So keep it 4. There is no need to play them all, so nobody is obliged to play 4 every time. (If you want to reduce I think 1 -> 5 -> 25 is the way to go)
I couldn't have said it better myself.. At first I was writing the promotion as the DRT, but a typo happened and here we are with a four tournament schedule
- Good that there is no extra leaderboard for finishing positions on this one (even tough you just said there could be one). Adding extra prizes is already fine. BUT if you want to add a leaderboard... Maybe do a KO leaderboard. I know the client has the capabilities to keep track of that. (I mean adding a leaderboard would make it double and you'd be getting points towards both this one and the other one which seems silly)
What I had in mind was to just do a leaderboard where a win in any of the tournaments count as a point. It would only be adding four players/points to the leaderboard each week. Maybe do it for the year with a UO package up top. It would also provide a nice little list of who to look out for in the tournaments as well as showing who's well on their way for the badges.
- I know there are plenty of freerolls. But isn't it an idea to have a silly 0 euro GTD freeroll where the winner also get's a ticket to the next weeks 25 game or the 10? Okay this actually makes it a 25/10 euro GTD freeroll, but okay.
One of the reason we want to this weekly series is to limit the number of freerolls that we're doing. We still want to do those from time to time, because it's kind of cool seeing 10-15% of anyone who's ever signed up here join up for a poker tournament. But, we just can't put a €0 tournament in the client anymore on a regular basis with "community" in the name when it's only available to a relative small group of players, not without getting too many unwanted posts. This way we get a set of weekly tournaments that everyone can join, but only the active members here will as you would have had to go in here and like the promotion post in order to "have the right criteria to play" At the same time, we get a set of weekly tournaments that we can issue tickets for, perhaps in other kinds of competitions or rewards.
"win win win"

I like this ideea much more than the yearly mtt ladderboard weekly/monthly competitions appeal much more to me at least. Looking forward to this.
Happy you guys seem to like it
@FaiDeaEmo I'm heavily considering making the Podium a monthly thing instead of yearly, thanks for voicing it!
@VikingsAF Good looking out, that change will happen
@Farseer I swear I had the Emperor Badge in there for 15 wins, but thought it was a bit overkill to start off with I love the idea of having it for the member with most wins though at at least 10 - got to be a king or queen to become an emperor in this game The promotion was originally written with three tournaments as four is cutting it close, I'm a bit unsure of this so might change things up after giving it more thought. The reason I made it four is that I think we have a group of players out there who'd like to join a €10 and €20+, but not so much the €1.
@GR1ZZL3R Yeah the leaderboard will happen - it's a good addition I like that we're doing it a different day each week as well, it's an old suggestion from @MoreTBC who once made a compelling argument that has stuck with me since

Our card scrambling/distribution is fine @Gogogo, but stuff happens when millions of hands are dealt..
I have an example close to yours but even worse: I once watched a good friend of mine playing in a big tournament on a big poker site that isn't Unibet. He got AA twice in a row, the player one seat to his left got 99 twice in a row, and in both hands he got all in vs the 99's and lost. Now I can't remember if it was this tournament or one of the others that he was playing at the same time, but my friend kept his composure and ended up winning a cool 20K early in the morning Seeing that hand and some other crazy situations in the past both live and online, nothing really surprises me anymore, it just brings hair on the chest so to speak

A couple of things that aren't in the promotion text yet, but may or may not be added in the final version:
- A leaderboard that tracks all DIRT tournament wins.
- Each week, winners of the €1, €5 and €10 get a ticket for the €20 for the following week.

This is one promotion that we're planning to run for all of 2019 here on the community, it's not done so please forgive me if something is misisng or not looking as well as it should, but the main parts of it are there(except for the prizes). Since I've been spending quite a bit of time on this one as well as some other promotions that ties together for what I'm hoping will be a great poker experience on the community throughout 2019, I'd really like to know what you guys think is good and what could be different ----------------------------------------------
Promotion text starts from here:
Make those Unibet final tables throughout 2019 and strive for greatness on the community exclusive Podium Hunters leaderboard!
Here is how it works:
Earn a top 3 podium finish in a variety of online and live Unibet poker tournaments while representing the community.
Post a screenshot you as one the three players on a final table, or the lobby result - here in the thread within 24 hours of the tournament ending.
Earn points from the screenshots for the leaderboard, and show the community who is the real MTT champ!
The leaderboard runs all the way to the 30th of December 2019, please see the following parts for details - by clicking each spoiler you will open the relevant information
How to score points:
Get a podium place in a tournament, meaning that you are among the final 3 players in any tournament which qualifies for points towards the leaderboard.
The general rule for online MTT's is that the tournament must have at least 50 total entries and a minimum €1 buy-in in order for you score in it. "Total entries" means registrations + potential rebuys/re-entries and add-ons. The exceptions to that are DIRT tournaments, UOS events, the €50 UO/UK qualifier and the €250 UO qualifiers - they all score seperately and it's mentioned below how.
Tournaments and points:
You get the following amount of points for different Unibet tournaments:
1 point tournaments:
Any regular non sattellite online Unibet MTT between €1 and €49 buy-in, and with at least 50 total entries.
Any DIRT community series tournament, no matter the number of total entries.
Any UOS Nano event
2 point tournaments:
Any regular online Unibet MTT with a buy-in of €50 or more, and with at least 30 total entries.
Any UOS Low event
Qualifying from a €50 buy-in UK Tour Final
Qualifying from a €50 buy-in UO qualifier
3 point tournaments:
Any UOS high event
Qualifying for a UO main event from a €250 UO finals satelitte
4 point tournaments and higher:
Any Unibet Open side event with a buy-in between €50 and €150 scores 4 points.
Any Unibet Open side event with a buy-in between €151 and €500 scores 5 points
UK Tour Main Event scores 6 points
Unibet Deepstack Open scores 6 points
Unibet Open Highroller scores 10 points
Unibet Open Main Event scores 15 points
Representing the community:
In online tournaments, representing the community means that you play with a poker alias identical or very similar to your community alias, as well as our official community avatar when available. For live tournaments, it means that you play at least the final table that you're placing in, wearing a community hoodie.

@DaVitsche I think I've said it before, but I'll say it again, I love this leaderboard for a Twitch stream! I'm stealing a sliver of the concept, just a tiny tiny bit, for our upcoming 2019 weekly community poker series, I hope you don't mind

@BonusPaterOh, good to know atleast!
Not so correct (imo) that this is nowhere mentioned at all.
Its perfectly plausible that nobody at unibet wins any prize... (i know this isn't stated anywhere, but one would dare to make that assumption lol...)
Valid point in my opinion

Hi @LeXieTasten, I still only see this report of the issue, so we'll have to investigate it on an individual level as you'll obviously needs this fixed. Could you please help me out on the following questions:
Are you experiencing the same on any other game that you are aware of? C
Could you please post here or send a screenshot on email to firstname.lastname@example.org of what happens when you try and open the game?
Which device are you using to play the game? If it's from your computer, would it be possible to try and open the game using a different browser than the one you usually use?

I'm adressing this from a bit different angle and I'm quite sure, that from 2019 we'll be seeing a lot less ticket half random requests in one thread or another. As for the question of more moderators, I'm doing everything I can to make that happen within a reasonable future

@cris1285 I do agree, we've just run into quite a few obstacles along the road.
When we first opened the community, Unibet was at the same time developing a fantasy section that some members helped testing. Sadly, overall the game simply wasn't popular enough and it was let go. It was always our plan to use this platform for community competitons, so it was a bit if a hit for us in the community team.
We did try using a 3rd party system during the World Cup and I considered using it for the Champions League as well up until the last minute, but there are two big issues.
1. The product is far from top quality, very far.
2. There was too much manual work to be done within the system, especially when somethig went wrong, the system was heavily lacking some smart functions.
The private league created on the 3rd party platform that members are using for their own game is great, but per their terms and conditions I am legally not allowed to put any kind of prizepool on it, as it would then be for commercial use. For the same reason I am also staying away from disucussion around it as much as possible, just to be on the safe side.
I've tried coming up with a sort of manual fantasy game that could be run through posts, but always end up with some kind of scorer predictor game. What we will have though for this years CL, is a quiz game for all the playoff rounds
