Hi! I can't seem to find some tennis matches (Aus Open qualies) in the offer. For example, I can't place a pre-match bet on Gorgodze - Juvan. Other matches are also missing. It's very possible that this (and other missing matches) were first scheduled for today, but they were delayed for tomorrow due to rain so I think that this might be a technical issue (again, the match hasn't started yet). Could you please add all those missing matches in the offer?

Hi, @RayL ! Thanks for the welcome! :) For clarity, again, it wasn't "a delay in updating the score", but a bet placed on a wrong score (see the red arrow in the image). The game was undone after that, the last point cancelled and given to the other player. But anyway, it doesn't matter now, given the bonus. I appreciate the interest and help.

Hi! I had a situation in a tennis match when I placed a bet (ID 1995468167) on 0-2 at games in 2nd set. Right after the bet was processed, latest tennis point (that made the score 0-2 at games) was cancelled and the point was given to the opponent so from 30-40 it become 40-40 instead of game finish. I contacted romanian support right away (the match was still on) in order to cancel my bet. They provide me a code (KSD-64510) and told me they will come back with an answer. They haven't come back with an answer so I contacted them again next day. They confirmed that the score was wrong at the time the bet was placed and told me that they won't cancel it because the odds difference between the correct odds and the odds I placed my bet on was too little (I placed my bet on 2.35 and they say the correct odds, with the correct score was 2.63 - I tend to believe that 2.63 could be the odds at 30-40, but not the odds at 40-40, which would be the correct score if the point was given to the wrong player. I believe it, based mostly on experience, but I can't prove it). Who is to say that the difference is too little? Is there a difference limit from which Unibet refuses to cancel bets on wrong provided score? If I would have placed a bet on some odds that are greater than the real ones based on the same mistake that was made (so the opposite bet I actually took), wouldn't the bet be canceled and rightfully so? Could someone please have a second look on the situation? I provided above both the ticket ID (1995468167) and the internal ticket with my cancel request (KSD-64510). Thank you!
