  1. Hey @Livertool and @PokerAndBetting, You are correct. As of today, free games have been removed from the standard rooms. This was done because the free games were meant to be an extra treat for our regular players, but instead became a free-for-all for players who don't normally play, which ruined it for the regulars. That said, we might bring them back in the future, but in a better format that isn't so open to abuse. :)
  2. If that was your entire question, then it's rather easily answered. :) We have thousands of active players across several brands. Some players have similar names.
  3. Hi @Mackelito, I'm a bit confused here, to be honest. I have looked through roughly 6 hours of free games from Saturday, yet can't find anything that looks like what you're describing. Would certainly help if you have some screenshots. Either way there is no rigging. We as an international company are reliant on operating within the parameters of the law in order to continue operating. If you start feeling like games are rigged, that might be indicative of needing a break from playing.
  4. Well done, @YpresX! The free games are by far the hardest to win right now, especially when you're that far behind. :) And good luck for your future grinding sessions. :P
  5. Hi @CharismaMan, Thank you for the feedback, we always appreciate hearing from our players about how they experience the product. You are right that the list view (as we call it) is only available on desktop at the moment. The good news is that we are working on improving the mobile experience, and you should see some great improvements this year. Unfortunately I can't tell you exactly when. :)

    The Cash Drop

Hey @missChance, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The promotion page had some incorrect information that unfortunately was not rectified. There were no €1,000 cash drops. Instead there were one €500 drop per day. We will make note of this and avoid it happening in the future. As a thank you for pointing this error out ot us, I have issued you with a 100 NOK good will voucher. :)
  7. Hi! That is a good question. :) Yes, we have removed some free rounds, however, we have instead started adding money to the prize pools of certain games. So the amount in the added prizes is significantly higher than the amounts being given out in the free rounds that were removed. Each weekday in The Arena we are adding a total of more than €1,000 to games. We have also increased the overall guaranteed prize pool by roughly 25%, which puts the monthly total up to more than €2,000,000! And then there are all the jackpots on top. :)
