Got a new laptop yesterday, latest versions of everything and the slots work fine . No idea what the issue was previously ‍♂️

I tried installing the extension you suggested and it makes no difference. It says it was installed but I think Chrome or Win 10 is now blocking Flash for security reasons.

Flash player was discontinued in January and the major browsers have now banned it. Chrome won't permit the player anymore and a recent version of Win10 removed it from the operating system (it used to be embedded in Edge) and prevents reinstall.

Tried 2 other sites, Skybet and Paddy Power and they work fine. I suspect the Reiax games are written for Flash Player which would explain it as I am unable to install it. I read that most sites are converting their games to HTML5 as Flash is now considered obsolete.

It will indeed My laptop was rebuilt a while back, I reckon it's missing the necessary content player. I get the splash loading screens but then it goes black when the game starts. I have just installed Java but no good. Are these things written for Flash Player? Flash is now seen as obsolete and you can't install it any more.

Thanks, doesn't work on Firefox either, has to be a graphics card issue. Odd because everything else seems to work fine. Drivers are all up to date and have reset the graphics card to the default settings. I only ever play slots when I have bonus spins so no big deal, at least the poker runs perfectly most strange!

Tried incognito mode but it's the same. Same across all browsers and the poker client so tried switching off antivirus but it made no difference. I am presuming that this might be a graphics card issue, what format do the slots run in? Maybe there's a setting somewhere to enable them? Odd that there is no error message though.

Hi All I can't play any slots on my laptop. Whether I try going through the poker software or through the website using Chome, Edge or IE it's the same result...the game seems to load fine but then I just get a black screen and nothing happens. I am running latest version of Win 10. I presume it may need flash player or similar but I find I cannot now install this because all browsers regard it as obsolete.

Same story for me

The game wasn't there until quite recently. So I played my first free spins direct via the web. This game also struggles to load properly. The version now in the lobby won't load at all.
