  2. My payout id 1376168904 is "Udbetaling er sat på standby" the message is "Vi sender normalt en e-mail med alle de detaljer vi behøver for at ophæve en blokering af din udbetaling. Hvis du stadig ikke har modtaget dette, så kontakt os og vi vil hjælpe dig." What does this mean, and do i have to do anything to get my money?
  3. I have had this block put on my account also. Been a user for many years, but the wording indicates that i opened my account recently and did not do the paperwork. They seem to want a not older than 3 month copy of a bank account deposit that is from pension or wages or investments. If you are playing off savings, you get locked out of unibet it seems, i don't have that kind of transaction on my bank account. I have mailed support but got inconherent to non-existant answers It's a pity, i am one of the few whales that unibet makes tons of money from ( i would estimate 10K usd a month on average), but i guess they have too much money already so they don't really care. I recommend try out a bitcoin casino, they don't have these KYC blockings and the payout ratios are way better on slots anyways.
