  1. Exactly! This would be the best and the most fair way for everyone to resolve this 🙂 It sucks that we can't play anymore and maybe we could improve our ranking in the mtt's that we're still "playing".. but sometimes there could be server errors.. that's how the digital world is sadly 😕

  7. @Stubbe-Unibet @MoreTBC I asked adrian_NMP in the chat on Ian his twitch about this problem and he said it's for almost every belgian or dutch player this error... He said I need to contact the support because I was stil playing the UOS-tournaments when this error appeared... I was looking to register for another MTT, but this was impossible.. So i tried to Log out and Login again... But then I received that error message... Is it possible to get a refund for my UOS buyins, as I was still playing them, and I was running good, almost close to the bubble :teardrop: Thanks for the support <3
  8. Same here?? :wow: I was playing the UOS-Tournaments, couldn't register a new tournament.. So logged me out, tried to log in again, but i get this message :(
  9. Hey there @Stubbe-Unibet , In the lobby there are possibilities to exchange all kind of UOS-tickets from small € ones till 50€... But i've played 2x SuperQualifiers to €15.000 E30 UOS at the same time and won a 100€ UOS ticket in both.. I could use only 1 ticket in that E30 UOS Event, so i still got 1 ticket.. Is there any possibility to exchange that 100€ UOS Ticket? Thanks for helping me!
  10. Hi there @Stubbe-Unibet @JeppeL ,:jazzhands: I've played 2 ticket qualifiers for the €15,000 E30 UOS Bounty High at the same time, and won a ticket in both of them!! Of course that's awesome, and I was very happy with it!!! But... i'm only able to use 1 ticket (there's no rebuy or add-on) ? So is there any possibility to exchange that 100€ UOS Ticket ?? Thanks 🆒
  11. Almost Everyone has the same issues... It sucks, and I know some people could still play and stole a lot of chips... But guys, i'm sure Unibet will fix this and everyone will get a fair solution!

  13. Hi guys @Stubbe-Unibet @RayL @JeppeL , I've qualified a couple of weeks ago for the UBPC 2019 and I thought I would receive a mail with some more info about everything... But still haven't received anything? The ticket in my lobby is also away because of the time.. is that a problem? Thnx!
