I've reported so many bugs during the years... Although I've got recognition since @Stubbe-Unibet took care of these issues
The best reward for me is when we get rid of some resilient bug which have cost me money and nerves.
@ReCorpH I think he reported it to live chat or general support. They aren't specialist in this particular sphere and also overloaded with different issues, so probably they gave no satisfactory answers.
That's what I initially thought as well, but rest assured, all reported bugs are always raised internally even if they are really not bugs.
Customer Support can not be experts in every area, hence why they will have to raise it internally to right people who then will fix it or explain it. And by explaining it I mean they explain to Customer Support why something has appeared as a bug but is really not.
However, the answers should be satisfactory and if you have any chats you think could've been handled better, let me know and I'll take a look.
