Used to be possible on Twitter, but I'm honestly not sure these days. When the community guys are online, it can be requested here as well. Contacting customer support by chat might also work. I'm not 100% sure about the process these days, as I haven't had anything to do with the other products for years
It's worth noting that the community team has just been restructured - or rather is in the middle of it - so the response time might not be great for a couple of weeks.
