@Patric-Unibet you talking about this page: https://www.unibet.co.uk/promotions/poker-promotions/uk-poker-tour#tab:tabview-7-624753-tab-4

or you mean other page ? And where I can see the starting stak and the blinds levels in this event, too ? Thanks again for your help. You are great !

Yes that page.

Starting stack is 30k chips with 16 levels à 30 mins being played on day 1.

Blinds start at 100/100, 100/200, 100/200/200 BB ante, etc.

Hey I won another one package ! How can I use my 2nd seat now cos I am already moved to Manchester from the first package and I can't make it for Brighton.

May I use my second buy in of 220£ for some stop next year or for any others Unibet live events ?

Since it's a re-entry event, you can use the second ticket to re-enter in case you bust, if not the leftover ticket will be taken over to the next event, it cannot be used for other live tours.

Hi,

I won a UO Malta package on Sunday but unfortunately it looks like I'm not going to be able to make the trip.  Could I have my package exchanged for bonus point to use in the store please.

Thanks,

Matthew

Unfortunately that's not possible, only challenges/other promotion winners are allowed to exchange their package for bonus points

Hello - I will not be going to UK Tour in Brighton as I can't make it. I have two seats and I would like to take them to play in Manchester. I can't remember if I already informed support. I don't think I did. So doing it here to make sure!

Hey,

I have moved your seats to Manchester now.

Thanks

@Patric-Unibet  Can you confirm once again please and both seats are moved to Manchester, right ? I wanna ask you may I give one of this seats to other person in Manchester to play ? If that is possible I must only said his name to the manager of the tournament when we arrived into casino area or I need to do something more ? Thank you for your information !

@Patric-Unibet

I won a 50e ticket from a satellite and I just realized it locks me in a track for seat only satellites. Even if I would exchange it to 5*10e tickets those tickets cannot be used for the satellites that lead to package satellites. I asked the customer services if anything can be done and it seems like I'm locked on this track. I feel this is rather unfair as the satellite didn't specify that it locks me in the seat only track.

It isn't a huge deal in the monetary sense, I likely entered it because there was some overlay and most likely it won't matter because I won't win the package but I'm somewhat unhappy because I feel misled. Would it be possible to either add exchangers to get 50e tickets swapped to 2*25e tickets, or add satellites where you can win a 250e ticket with 50e tickets instead of just with 25e tickets? Or if it is intentional policy to have seperate paths (might make sense that Unibet prefers seat only satellites if your goal is to fill the event) it would be nice if the satellites would let the player know that the satellites only lead to seat only events.

Yes, both seats are moved to Manchester.

If you use your first seat in Manchester, you have the option to give the 2nd seat to a friend of yours (needs to be registered on Unibet).

Just inform me who you want to give the seat to and I arrange it.

Thanks

I'm don't really understand?

If you have a 50 EUR ticket, whether it's for UO or UK Tour, you will be able to use it for package qualifiers. For UO you can qualify for a 250 EUR ticket and use it in our Sunday qualifier, for UK Tour you can use a 50 EUR ticket on Saturdays to have a chance to win a 500 EUR UK Tour package.

Let me know, if I'm missing something.

Thanks

Yes... you are missing something. Some people dont see the point of seat only packages.... I am disabled and the cost of getting to one of your live events is more than I could reasonably expect to win.

Why cant these tickets be transferred to standard MTT tickets.

@Patric-Unibet For now I will use my two seats (one for buy in and one for re-entry if I bust) in Manchester Day 1B. If I don't bust the 2nd entry I can use it for next UK tour event, right ? May I choose which one stop next year (when we have the UK Tour 2020 schedule) or not ? But If I find some friend who want to join me in Manchester I will write you again. Pleasant weekend :)

Yes, leftover seats will be moved to next year, so nothing to worry.

Thanks

@Patric-Unibet Seems like I missed something. When I checked the future tournaments it didn't show any satellites for the packages with a 50e tickets, I guess those are small enough tournaments that they don't show that much in advance but in my defence your customer service missed them too. But everything is in order now that I've found the path to package satellites.

I can see that you already had a package for Malta, meaning you already have a seat in the main event.

In case you bust day 1a or b, whichever you play and want to re-enter day 1c, try to find someone from the Unibet Open team and ask if it's okay to use it. The general rule however is that tickets are transferable.

Thanks

Hello!

@Patric-Unibet

1) Can I transfer 2 places from Brighton to Manchester?

2) If so, can I give one ticket to a friend in Manchester?

Hey @Hathaway ,

1.) Yes you can

2.) Yes, if you use the first seat, you can give the second seat to a friend (has to be a Unibet player)

Let me know what you want to do.

Thanks
