Hey guys,

just wanted to inform you, that we the first three stops (last stop will be announched in February) have been released.

We received your feedback about wanting to know the stops longer in advance and we listened to you and pushed ourselves to get it out as soon as possible, thanks to the Unibet Open Team for that.

https://www.unibetopen.com/unibet-open-releases-2019-schedule/

2019 At a glance

  • Unibet Open Ski-edition – February 12-18
  • Unibet Open London – May 23-26
  • Unibet Open Malta – Sept 11-15
  • Unibet Open Paris – Nov 28-Dec 1

In addition, we will also return to Belgium for the Unibet Poker Belgian Championship.

The Unibet UK Poker Tour is back as well and will have stops in Brighton, Glasgow and Manchester. I will try to get the exact details of that for you, as soon as possible (hopefully by next week).

If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll try to gather the information for you.

Many thanks

Could we have more informations about the possible last stop? Do you planning it overseas or here in Europe? Is it possible organising it in Warsaw?

Don't believe this has been decided yet, but it'll will likely be in Europe, +1000 km from Warsaw. Will of course let you know on here, the second the UO team confirm the last stop.

@Patric-Unibet can Unibet consider unlocking the Belgian Championship sats for players from outside of Benelux this year? I personally regret I couldn't have gone there in 2018, and I think many players would agree they also miss the chance. Besides @Stubbe-Unibet, Blankerberge is in the safe zone 1364km from Warsaw, thus it qualifies to be the last 2019 UO stop even... 😏 ... alternatively, allowing using of DSO entries for that would be nice convenience. Thanks for any consideration, Best Regards!

@psrquack  so you have to wait for new elections and a good result of the freedom-wing :)  with current law and taxes, such events are  "unprofitable" for players  :Annoyed:

I don't know how things are going there but I read that there is possible to get licence, Betclic and more are there, so I hope Unibet will focus more on this market.

@psrquack the possibility is always, but the devil is in the details ... you have to answer the question why players like Unibet, Bet365 and many others withdrew from Poland?  in this article you have one number 12%  and may many other things ... PartyPoker, Stars are also on black list ... I see only one possibility: this gang of thieves must have a coalition partner who will brake them  ... and it is only right-wing others are similar to them ...

  • 5 weeks later...

Hi people,

Managed to Bink a Milton Keynes package ( for 4 euro ) last night, just wondering where the link is to this or can someone let me know what the standard start time is?

I'm looking to get the train down from East Yorkshire on the Saturday morning.

Cheers

@AdiYPC Well this isn't for the Unibet Open, but for the Unibet UK Tour. Patric posted the starting times in the UK Tour thread. The page on the website isn't done yet.

Hi guys,

apologies for the lack of responses, unfortunately it's not that easy for me to get the answer to all the questions before everything is confirmed.

Starting times shall be the same as in the previous years: Day 1A 5pm, day 1B 3pm, final day 2pm.

Regarding Newcastle, obviously not good that WWE happens the same weekend, I have informed the team about this and will see if there is a possibility to move it. It was already confirmed for those days, so I'm not sure whether it's possible or not.

As usual, I will try to chase info for you and have been informed that the UK Tour page shall be updated soon with schedule + new terms and conditions.

I know the whole planning and communication hasn't been ideal, it's definitively something to improve for next season similar to what we did with the announcement in advance for Unibet Open.

Thanks for all your feedback in this matter

The Milton Keynes dates are 15-17 March. Aspers Casino.

Want to add that Newcastle tab can be ignored for now, or at least the dates can as we are looking into an alternative date instead since a bunch of other events are during that weekend which makes hotel costs too expensive for travelling players

Can someone tell me will there be the option to take the hotel Wednesday-Sunday for Unibet London as there was on previous occasions? Secondly will there be a DSO taking place on Wednesday/Thursday like there was in Dublin? I have no idea if I should arrive Wednesday or Thursday and what time I should get there - can anyone give me a bit of guidance so I can book a flight?

You can usually choose your hotel stay based on the starting day you play. If you play day 1A, it would be Wednesday-Sunday, if you play day 1B it would be Thursday- Monday.

Forms where you can register and choose all of this, will be send out a few weeks before the event takes place.

Regarding DSO, nothing has been released yet for this, usually DSO is being played prior to UO main event, Sinaia was an exception since hotel was for 6 nights.

The schedule is not finalized yet and it will take a bit longer to be done I assume as the event is still 2.5 months away.

So if you plan on staying Wednesday-Sunday, that's no problem.

Thanks

  • Unibet Open Final Stop – end of November (to be announced in February)

After

-luring people into accumulating a lot of value in UO tickets then

-cancelling UO exchanger tournaments

You also promised, this.

Now I have tickets I must use before last stop. I can't go to Malta, If last stop would be another 3* hotel in say, Bucharest, i would use them trying to qualify for London.

But it is two months until London, it is middle of March and we don't know the London hotel, or even the last location as alternative, we can't know or plan anything. Again you haven't fullfilled your promises, you haven't met user unfriendly guidelines or dates which you yourselves keep imposing/ changing...
