  • Unibet Open Final Stop – end of November (to be announced in February)

After

-luring people into accumulating a lot of value in UO tickets then

-cancelling UO exchanger tournaments

You've repeated that first statement a few times now, but it still doesn't make any sense. We didn't lure people into anything, everyone was warned about the exchange tournaments being removed, tickets could be exchanged before the change took effect and tickets have been extended.

You also promised, this.

Now I have tickets I must use before last stop. I can't go to Malta, If last stop would be another 3* hotel in say, Bucharest, i would use them trying to qualify for London.

But it is two months until London, it is middle of March and we don't know the London hotel, or even the last location as alternative, we can't know or plan anything. Again you haven't fullfilled your promises, you haven't met user unfriendly guidelines or dates which you yourselves keep imposing/ changing...

The London stop was confirmed a long time ago https://www.unibetopen.com/event/london-2019/. I'm sorry if the hotel is a dealbreaker to you and that it hasn't been added to the website yet. The hotel will be London Hilton Metropole on Edgeware road - it'll be added to the website real soon.

The last event is likely not going to be an option for you, as the expiration date of the ticket (can't be extended anymore) is at a time where it'll likely still be Malta qualifiers running (the exact dates for the qualifiers haven't been decided yet).

As Patric has already said on multiple occations, we're sorry about the delay in communicating the last stop - we go by the deadlines we're told.

Latest news is that the last stop will be published by the end of the month :)

My one 250 eur ticket expires on Sep 4. It would give me the posssibility to on Sep 3rd register for Sunday final on September 7th (August 31st final should be for next stop too). UO Malta is scheduled for September 11th. Not to mention additional 250 tickets i could win using my other UO ticks.

It could be very dangerous for Unibet, what you tried to do right there, pushing a player towards using up a 250eur ticket, for a '2000' eur package, with your false intentionally misleading 'information'.

True, if you register about a week in advance, it should be fine :) August 31st is likely not going to be for the last stop, but as I said, the dates haven't been decided yet.

There's absolutely nothing "dangerous" about my reply, and you're welcome to report it to whatever authorities you want :atisfied:. Your ticket expired and as an added service we extended it (exceptionally long expiration date), which is not something you're entitled to - if we strictly followed the rules, you wouldn't have a 250e ticket now.

... You mean when you extended ALL tickets, on your own, EVERYONE's tickets, after you Ruled to cancel any Exchangers and people got left with more tickets than sats to use them...
The very aggressive way you have put it down just to smear, me, says all...

@Stubbe-Unibet the information about hotel and casino is pretty useful for booking more nights in advance thanks for sharing that. Could we also get the tournament schedule soon?  And I assume accommodations are like at most other stops 4 nights, right?

I usually want to stay the entire festival (including DSO day, maybe 1 night before as well and play something as a warmup), so I need to book 1 or 2 nights somewhere else (preferably close), and with London being London I'd like to book quite a bit in advance 😃 . I noticed that the London festival dates are just 4 days 23-26may while Malta is 5 on 11-15 september

No, that's not what I mean :)

Unless you have any actual questions, I won't reply to any further of your posts. I've got 0 interest in this turning into a thread like this, but I'm happy to try to assist you, if you actually need some help.

So is it official the last stop of the UO? If yes which town won the honor being the host of the event?

@psrquack, not official yet, but word on the street is that it'll be announced by the end of this month. Even heard rumours about it being a place with a pretty great football national team :)

I hope that football team means women's soccer team and the place will be Vegas again.😀

That's not the case - and you'll get no more clues or answers regarding this ;)

@hor0r Usually they give you the choice via e-mail if you want to stay wednesday till sunday or thursday till monday. If someone chose Wed-Sun and gets to the final table then unibet will cover the extra day of stay and the plane tickets I believe.

Still waiting for the schedule to be announced, and for the registration e-mail :geek:

@hor0r, I'm not 100 % sure how this works. @Kris-Unibet or @Leo-Unibet should know (we're all in workshops the next two days, so response might be a bit slow).

@FeelsBadMan, I was told yesterday that the schedule was ready and the UO team would post it after final review, so should be very soon!

@dc10FTW, I don't have time to find the survey results, but I'll have a look later this week. I know the UO team make a post event report including all the survey data, and the feedback is being looked at. I'll try to get some feedback for you :)
