Hi @Peet, Our Bonus system was automated last year and is constantly monitoring every player's account. As much as I would like to, unfortunately we don't process Bonus requests anymore as we used to. Rest asured the system works and keeps tabs on our accounts but that is as much I can go in depth regarding it's mechanics. The setup of the Bonus system is highly intricate and a trade secret. Sorry for not being able to provide you with a resolution but we'll need to let the Bonus setup to play it's part in every player's journey.
