mazunchik Posted September 16, 2020 Share Posted September 16, 2020 Hi. sorry for my english)When a started play yesterday i had 1300 and something (not sure how much) on my account. i registered for 25 and 50 euros sitngo's. i won 25 and got 79 euros. and i cancel registration for 50. and after i got balance 1297. how it is possible? my idea that i didn't got refund for cancelation.Another situation was 12th or 13th of September. it was after midnight. i register for 25 and 50 sitngo's but after waiting 10-15 minutes decide cancel registration. i think that buyins also did not refund back, but i was tired and decide that maybe i made misstake. but after today situation i think that was problem with system.I didn't find live support link on the site and decide write here.
