Player Disabled

Hello,

I just created my Unibet poker account yesterday. I can log into the website ok, but when I log into the poker client it says "player disabled" and I don't get any further. I can't see any errors in my account online.

One thing which is strange - the verification page in my account says "You are all set! There are no pending documents or withdrawals on hold" even though I'm pretty sure I didn't do verification when I signed up. Is the lack of verification causing my account to be disabled, and if so, how can I verify when my account verification page doesn't give me the option?

Hi @dee72! Think it's faster for you if you contact the Live Chat from the main sites help section.
Just click those FAQ's through first, until you see the "Still need help" -question and a chat-button near it 👍
They'll open the verification-procedure after that, so you can send the info.
