@SCOBY, we allowed donations in the mini series and possibly will allow it in the future as well in promotions because we believe that this is a true example of Community spirit between the players who know each other, are active, were grinding on a daily basis, having conversations, so on and so forth.

There's a big difference between the above mentioned reasons and randomly creating a ticket transfer system. This is not something we would like to do.
