But there are silver lining in every cloud. My well being is just gettin a huge step ahead. My buddu put 10 euros in his account. Yesterday friendly agent girl told me that my buddy has to play the 10 e 25 times in casino and four times in betting section. But today new agent, this time a man I suppose, told me that no no no. Actually your friend has to wager 400€ in sportsbetting, at least odd of 1.4, or 2000€ in slots, as far as i can understand. I don´t know if there is somekind of minimum deposit that has to be done or is 10€ big enough. I got to agree that t&c could be much clearer and at least cs should know what they are talking about.

Haha, it’s been long since I read a thread where someone is kinda asking for help and at the same time doing everything in their power not to be helped. Do you think it helps your case to go full retard?

It’s actually pretty simple. You’re clearly able to read - but seem to struggle a bit comprehending the words - and the wagering requirement is clearly explained in the T&C, which you, obviously, didn’t bother reading. The T&C are not very long, and the important parts are written first. You fail doing the simplest of tasks, and then your brain goes “Me good boy. Me very good boy. I’m never to blame. Never ever to blame. Unibet bad. Unibet bad, bad company”. 

Had you had another attitude and clearly explained the case in detail, the mods would probably have been much more likely to take pity on you and try to work out a solution, as you got wrong information from the first CS agent. They might still do this, but you’re not doing yourself any favors, acting like you’re a 15-year-old going through a serious struggle with hormones. Just one last time: you’ve been a bit too fast and smart - probably not the first nor last time, judged on your posts - and that came back and bit you in the ass in a case where Unibet certainly don’t owe you anything.

First of all, welcome to the community and thank you for expressing your thoughts with passion.

I feel like we have to keep things seperate, as muddying them up clutters the conversation. I've read both your posts here, done a rough translation of your chats with Customer Support and checked your friends account. Please let me know if I'm wrong in the following assumptions:

1) You are unhappy with the offer, even at 25x casino turnover, because - and I'm quoting you now - "My friend doesn't have that kind of money", meaning you would not recieve the €100 reward as the turnover requirement would never be met.

Rather self explanitory, both from your quote here, but also from reading the live chat, where it seems you complained sarcastically about the offer when told it was at 25x casino turnover. 

I can certainly pass the feedback along to the department who handles the RAF offer even though this is a rather unique complaint and not something we've heard much here on the community before - feel free to look around. 

2) You are unhappy that the agent you first spoke to in the live chat about the offer gave you the incorrect information.

I agree with you that it shouldn't happen and I'll be sure to make sure the agent who provided the information has been notified of the correct Terms and Conditions. 

3) You believe the agent in question gave you the incorrect information on purpose.

You eluded to that in the second chat, when you said  - and I'm paraphrasing: that if you go on the chat again tommorow the turnover requirements would again be even higher.

Honestly I think that's an absurd assumption, I've worked in Customer Support myself and never heard of anyone or myself giving wrong information on purpose. There are a great deal of promotions to keep track of along with everything else, like staying updated on site updates changing account menues, product updates, poker tickets and a ton of other stuff. 

4) You didn't read the Terms and Conditions before accepting the offer and referring your friend. 

In another of your post you mentioned the Terms and Conditions to be "hidden somwhere in a corner", but I've checked the offer as it appeared to you:

I've had it translated word for word and the two bolded part I've been told means "From each friend who completed the wagering requirements" and "Read more from the terms and conditions" -  I don't think that's hidden anyway at all.

While my initial thought was to give you the conditions on the offer you received in the first chat and credit the bonus out of our community budget, having seen that your friend played and spent his initial deposit before you contacted customer support, I can't do that as there is a mutual responsibilty of at least trying to be aware when the information is there - if one is unsure of an offer, my best advice would be to inquire about it before chosing to accept or deny.

But you do have my apologies for the wrongful information given nonetheless - and as mentioned earlier I've made sure the agent is now aware of the proper rules of this offer.

You made me look even more Jerky. But ansver was detailed and almoust too long to me to read. One thing it made me clear. Unibet is wright. In every aspect. One thing bothers me still. My friend did not get bonus when he put money in his account. It was promest in our add. Why? There must be again totally right reason. And you will find it in some place in your website. 

Unfair the system is still. When yuo advertise things in fornt page you make all sound so easy and clear. Then comes the little exceptions. And there lots of them. And when customer belives that he have understod whole system, you have couple exceptions more, like in insurance deals the text writen in smaller print in the end. This is frusrating. It would not hurt to make these offers little more customer friendlier.

Maby I was little emotional in my comments. Well that is the nature on human who feels that he has been treated unfair. He gets emotional, and angry. Exept swedish an britts. They write kind comment to casino and in the end they apologize. That is very srtange. Hidden feelings can couse serious mental problems. But thats their prob.
